Trail legend Tom McVie is making his way back home on Friday for the 5th Annual Home of Champions Trail Smoke Eaters Alumni Banquet and Golf. Details are available at trailsmokeeaters.com. McVie is not only a legendary former player and coach (read about his history in the game here) but also known as a legendary story teller. You can be sure that he'll have lots to say on Friday. If you haven't signed up for this great fundraiser for the Smokies and the ALS society do it while there's still time! I had the pleasure of being able to chat with Mr. McVie on Mountain FM's Overtime. Between him, Ray Ferraro, Cesare Maniago and Bobby Kromm I'll just turn the mic over to them and let the pros handle things!
